A rich and expressive Reserve Ruby Port from the historic Ramos Pinto house in Portugal’s Douro Valley. Crafted from traditional Portuguese grape varieties and matured for approximately five to six years in large wooden vats, Collector combines youthful fruit intensity with added depth and complexity.
Generous aromas and flavors of dried plum, ripe fig, blackberry, raspberry and cherry fill the palate, balanced by a smooth texture and rich sweetness. Full-bodied and persistent, it finishes long with concentrated dark-fruit character.
Excellent alongside chocolate desserts, medium-bodied cheeses, red-fruit desserts or roasted duck.
