Tobacco Retailer License License No.: 2306-77856 Issued under the authority of the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA).
These licenses authorize Complex SGV LLC to sell wine, cigars, and other regulated products in accordance with California law.
You Must Be 21 or Older
By law, you must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol or tobacco products from Complex. We verify the age and identity of our customers, and all shipments containing alcohol or tobacco require an adult signature (21+) with valid government-issued photo identification at the time of delivery. We do not sell to, and will cancel any order from, anyone who does not meet the legal age requirement.
