Returns

To start an eligible wine return, please email a photo of your item to complexsgv@gmail.com with the subject line "Order# Return Item Photo" (replacing "Order#" with your order number). For full details, see our Return & Refund Policy.

Order & Shipping Questions

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders containing alcohol or tobacco require an adult signature (21+) with valid government-issued photo identification at delivery. For more information, please review our Shipping Policy.
