An exceptionally rich and highly acclaimed Canadian Icewine from the Niagara Peninsula, Peller Estates Oak Aged Vidal Blanc 2019 is crafted from naturally frozen Vidal grapes harvested at around -10°C. Only the intensely concentrated juice is extracted before cool fermentation and four months of aging in older French oak barrels.
Luscious notes of guava, ripe peach, Bartlett pear and golden kiwi unfold into caramel, sweet spice and lingering toffee. Rich and silky yet lifted by refreshing acidity, this 94-point, multiple-medal-winning Icewine beautifully balances concentrated sweetness with elegance and complexity
