A refreshing sparkling Junmai sake from Hokkaido, Japan, crafted with locally grown Ginpu sake rice. Light and lively at just 7% ABV, it offers a pleasantly sweet profile with notes of peach, tangerine, yuzu, green apple and fresh citrus, complemented by soft, creamy bubbles.
