A legendary Japanese barley shochu from Nikaido Shuzou in Oita, Japan, proudly recognized as the Official Shochu of the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Crafted from 100% barley and barley koji and produced using single vacuum distillation, Nikaido delivers an exceptionally clean, smooth and bright drinking experience. Delicate barley aromas are complemented by notes of toasted coconut, banana, subtle florals and stone fruit, finishing crisp and refined.

Nikaido pioneered the 100% barley shochu style in Japan in the 1970s and has been produced by the same family whose brewing and distilling heritage dates back to 1866.
